Hello everyone,

My intention in this weblog is to make myself more accessible. I intend to write on many subjects, as time permits, and one of the great aspects of the technology we have used in building this new site is that we can enable your comments and feedback on certain parts of the site---and my weblog seems like a good place to start.

To comment, you will need to register (you can choose your user ID and you can be anonymous if you wish). All the system needs is a valid email address, which will be securely protected, and you will receive your access password as soon as the system can generate it.

And, I welcome subject suggestions from you all on subjects you'd like to see discussed here.

In addition to the topics above, I will be writing a commentary on all the workshops I am running this year, including the second session of the Melbourne TT (Stretch Teacher Training), run in Anthony's Pilates and P&F studio in Fitzroy, the Albury–Wodonga ST (Stretch Therapy) workshop, run in the Wodonga TAFE buildings, the NAST Convention, and the Vancouver ST Workshops. And I will make sure that there are good images!
