Is designed to teach you how to teach group classes, for students to become more flexible. Accordingly this workshop teaches you about grouping exercises in sequences; how to modify poses for individual's characteristics; and how to progress this over a full term. The presumption here is that these students have not self-identified as having any particular problems, though many do!
